Needless to say, it was a record.

Whether you’re circling back, touching base, or pinging again, the follow-up is indeed an art. It can go awry quickly and even come off rude or sassy at times, so it’s important to know how to do it right.

I’ve gotten a lot of feedback from publicists over the years and IMHO, it seems that most of ya’ll prefer a response—even if it’s a “no” or a “not right now.”
